Chinatown is colourful and concentrated, just a few streets filled with Chinese restaurants, bakeries, and lantern-lined roads. It’s vibrant and atmospheric but very compact. It works well as part of a Soho or Covent Garden visit, especially for lunch or dinner. It can be crowded at peak times, but it’s easy to navigate and doesn’t require much walking.

Best for: Casual lunch or dinner, dumplings, late-night bites, quick atmospheric stop.
